There are some songs that seem to catch you and constrain you as if you are reduced to a dog on a leash. You can't let go of its hold on you. There are even instances when you totally have no idea what they are talking about and yet the melody line is enough to give you an idea what mood they are trying to take you in to. Before you know it, you're having an episode again and you will think to yourself "I wish I didn't turn on the music. What you thought was something that would turn out to be therapeutic turned out to be traumatic. Sad.
